How it runs
Four stages, and you see all of them

Discovery & Visioning
We measure the building, talk about how you actually live in it, and agree a budget before a single thing is drawn.
- (02)
Planning & Coordination
Drawings, specification and consents. This is the longest stage and the one that decides whether the build goes smoothly.
- (03)
Build & Execute
We are on site weekly, and you get the same note we send the contractor. No surprises kept back for the reveal.
- (04)
Final Touches & Handover
Styling, snagging and a folder with every product, paint code and supplier in it, so the next change is yours to make.
