Concept through to finishes, and the drawings a contractor can actually build from.
This is the whole job: layout, materials, lighting, joinery, and the specification that ties them together. It starts with measuring what you already have and ends with somebody on site building from our drawings rather than from a mood board.
The part clients are usually surprised by is how much of it is subtraction. Most rooms that feel wrong are not missing anything — they are carrying two or three decisions that fight each other, and the work is deciding which one to keep.
Twelve to twenty weeks to a priced drawing set, depending on consents.
