Older buildings, kept honest. Repair what is worth keeping, add only what is missing.
Working on a building with a history means deciding, room by room, what is worth saving. We are conservative about that — original fabric is the one thing a renovation cannot buy back — but not sentimental. Not every old thing in an old house is worth the money to keep.
Styling is the last two weeks of this, not a separate service. It is done with the furniture that is actually going to live there.
Highly variable. A single room is weeks; a listed building is a year.
